Press Release Summary: The Gaslamp Quarter's famous array of dining destinations adds another to its collection with the opening of Tabule Restaurant and Bar on 4th Ave.
Press Release Body: San Diego, CA, July 1st, 2008- An international menu, warm orange-drenched interior and fireplace, and decadent martini offerings all complement Tabule's emphasis on tasting the subtle layers of flavors, says Moe Sadighian, owner and Executive chef of Tabule.
"I'm in love with people and with food," admits Sadighian. "When people try our cuisine, they are hit with tastes that seem very familiar, but yet elusive. I like to say that we have everything everyone has, but nothing anyone can replicate."
Lined with orange and crimson splashed walls and plush box cushion booths, Tabule offers both indoor and patio tables. Lunch and dinner entrees include Arrachera Tacos, Filet Mignon Capriccio, Pomegranate Duck Breast, and Mandarin Cornish Hen. Four sashimi choices and eight ceviches, such as the ahi tuna and Chilean White Sea bass, add to Tabule's diverse creations. To enhance each menu item, Tabule's hand selected wine list boasts over 70 wines from Chile, Baja and Napa. The stand-out drinks, according to Sadighian, are on the martini bill-of-fare, which highlights Pomegranate, Apple, and Caramel delights.
"Our cuisine and drinks are outstanding, but we put just as much emphasis on the tastes as we do on the setting and care of the patron," adds Sadighian. "We master 'living-room service,' meaning we try to make you feel as comfortable and cared for as if you we in your own living room."
Tabule opens daily at 11am for lunch and closes between 12am and 2am, depending on the day and flow of patrons.
